Enlight owns all copyrights, trademarks and all other rights in the information, materials and content displayed on its website.
The Customer agrees to allow Enlight to collect and process all of his personal information including the password in order to be able to fulfill his order.
The client acknowledges enabling the site to access all necessary data on his device, and in the event that some of his data is collected to be used through the site in order to provide services related to the service provided to him via the Internet, such as credit card payment data, Mada, etc., or the use of contact information that the customer provides in his account in the website in order to send him newsletters and information related to events, competitions, promotions and he agrees to this and this is not considered a violation of privacy.
The client is obligated not to take any action that would affect the operation or security of Enlight website or cause inconvenience, abuse or disruption to any of the other users or employees of Enlight website. If this is proven, the client will be subject to legal accountability.
The customer's account on Enlight site is considered an account designated only for his personal use or for individuals who are officially authorized by him.
The client bears responsibility for all activities that take place on his account on Enlight site, and acknowledges that he may not share the password or user name in any other way that authorizes any third party to access his personal account.
The client acknowledges the right of Enlight to disclose his personal information in the event that the competent authorities request that.
The client must follow the safety laws when using the facilities of Enlight.
Enlight shall not be liable for any injury resulting from the clients' injuries inside the facilities.
The client must follow emergency procedures in cases of power outages, fire, or otherwise.
In the event that the customer causes any damage to the facilities or property of Enlight, he is obligated to compensate for the damages.
Enlight management is not responsible for the loss of luggage and personal belongings in its facilities, and the client is responsible for preserving his luggage and personal belongings.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in Enlight facilities, including all types of electronic cigarettes. If the client violates this, Enlight has the right to stop the subscription until the customer pays a fine of 500 riyals to access and use the services in the future.
The client is allowed to photograph inside Enlight without violation to the privacy of others, such as photographing them without their permission, and the client bears full responsibility for the content of the filming, as well as what he publishes by any means of publishing.
The client is obligated to maintain the order and cleanliness of Enlight facilities.
The client is not allowed in any way to verbally or physically assault the employees of Enlight facilities in any way, and in the event that he violates this, Enlight has the right to cancel the customer’s subscription and inform the competent authorities of the incident.
The Enlight administration has the right to modify the official working days and times without the customer's consent.
Enlight management has the right to close any of the facilities for periodic maintenance or cleaning without notifying the clients.
Enlight management has the right to change the subscription fees without prior notice to the clients.
Bringing children under the age of 15 years is not allowed.
The subscription ends at the end of the period or the number of visits included in the package, whichever is earlier, and the client is not entitled to claim the paid amounts.
All paid fees are non-refundable
The client is prohibited from wearing clothes that violate public taste, and Enlight has the right not to enable the client to enter its facilities in the event that he violates that.
The client is not allowed to leave behind any waste.
In the event that the meeting room or the airplane mode room is preserved, the use is limited to the reserved room only. If any other space subject to fees is occupied, its fees must be paid.
Hours in the single visits package must be used on the same day, the hours can not be divided into different days.
In the multiple visits package, a single visit can not be divided over multiple days.
The client is obligated to work and communicate quietly inside Enlight and not disturb other clients as it is a quiet workspace.
